Lindsay Lohan will not be planting her name on a jewelry collection anytime soon, despite the starlet's reports that she will be partnering with jewelry designer Pascal Mouawad and Bebe to embark on the new line. Although Pascal acknowledged discussions about launching a jewelry line with Lindsay for Bebe did take place, he declared in an e-mail to WWD that Lohan’s revelation a collection was on its way is inaccurate. “This is not happening,” he said bluntly to the fashion publication.

LiLo is already an artistic adviser to French designer Emanuel Ungaro, entrepreneur of her own line of leggings 6126, and co-creator of self-tanning brand Sevin Nyne.

Branching off into jewelry seems like the next logical step to enhance Lindsay's portfolio, but a collection is not in the works despite what Lindsay told Access Hollywood.

“Jeweler Pascal Mouawad and I are actually working together, we’re doing something with a friend who owns Bebe,” she told Access at Pascal’s Nu Pop Movement launch party in West Hollywood last week. “We’re doing a collection for them and we’re also going to be doing some other things.”

Pascal has worked on lines with Nicole Richie and Heidi Klum in the past.

Lindsay's debut clothing collection for Ungaro hit the runway on Oct. 4 during Paris Fashion week. Critics were cutthroat when it came to Lindsay's designs, tainting her image in the fashion world. The designer himself, who has recently retired, called Lindsay's show a "disaster."
