Lisa said she was "absolutely not" abusing drugs in the mug shot photo, saying, "There is nothing I was on or abusing at the time."

In fact, Lisa says she is three months sober and admits to having had a drinking problem. In 2010, she was arrested and charged with a DUI. The actress says she faced a terrible loss that caused her to turn to alcohol.

“I had lost a baby, as a result of that, I lost everything,” she said. “And I was abusing alcohol, which I no longer do. With That '70s Show, I was guilty — of the drinking problem — and I ran. And I am not running from this. And I have paid my dues.”
