The grande chapeau, the beautiful and effervescent accessory, rediscovered after the royal wedding. Traditional, classic! Oh, but darling who can forget the stunning hats Audrey Hepburn wore in Breakfast at Tiffanys?
The winner of this week’s Chapeau of the Week goes to my beautiful friend Niki Taylor! She looks radiant in her neutral coloured ensemble, and proves that that classic Hepburn chic can be achieved even in a world so different.
Oh darlings! I love Reese Witherspoon dearly, she is beautiful, and the essence of a modern day Grace Kelly. But that hair and the petunia shaped dress, YIKES! It appears that the maid at my favorite hotel in Paris was offering beauty tips to her stylist.
Robert Pattinson, who I usually give a thumbs up to, looks like he should be selling shoes at the counter of my favorite Wilshire Boulevard shopping venue. Call me Robert, we will get you sorted out!
Kim Kardashian is a marketing genius, All I can say is Brava! A smart business woman is always welcome in my atelier. Darlings she is an exotic beauty like no other, this dress mixes playful and sultry in the best way! Stunning!
Darlings, I have been feeling very, what’s the word… maternal lately. I would love to have a little Malan Jr. to carry on my legacy, or Malina. I dedicate the end of my column to the beautiful mother Penelope Cruz who is still glowing after the birth of her child, and the stunning mother to be Kate Hudson, who looks this gorgeous pre-baby.
That buttercup gown on Kate Hudson reminds me of Audrey Hepburn coming down the stairs of the Palace in My Fair Lady, brava!! and brava to her brilliant stylist Rachel Zoe. I wish you great happiness with your beautiful new additions to the world.
Well darlings, until next week, I wish you Love and Glamour!
