Every week at OKmagazine.com, accomplished designer Malan Breton takes a look back at the week in fashion — the Do’s, the Don’ts and everything in between! Join Malan and OK! for Fashion Fridays!
Darlings, as I am whisked out of town, I open the doors of flight 13527 to all of you! Come join me on a magnificent flight, where there is only first class, bubbly, music and celebration! Remember the exits are in the side and the rear and after you see what the stunningly beautiful Halle Berry is wearing this week, you may need the complimentary airsickness bag provided by the airline.
Why look below darlings, there is Fergie in a gorgeous flowing citrine gown. The ageless elegance that is Mary J. Blige, has left me speechless!
The culinary world has brought us an array of sinfully delicious beauties, like Giada De Laurentiis, Kelly Choi, Padma Lakshmi, and seen here the beautiful Cat Cora.
My favourite Hollywood man of style Scott Disick, looks like James Bond circa Sean Connery 1969. But darlings, he should shed the tangerine spray-tan and come to Nice this summer for a bit of the real thing.
Oh, the beaches, bring me back to my days as a child, just me, my collected sea shells, and the ocean mist over the soft sand. These were some of the fondest memories of my youth. I remember my favourite beach ensembles, the ladies in their YSL. The white linen dinner jackets on the yacht. Rollerskates, oh darlings! A time lost? Perhaps not! Especially when you have the most stylish youth of the century, like the petit mignon Suri Cruise in this incredibly stylish beach ensemble, and the shoes, Brava!
Darlings, I could go on and on about Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt, and Robert Pattinson‘s incredibly stylish choices for this week. But, I have a plane to catch.
Until we meet again remember three things I like to call, S.L.D — It stands for Sunblock, Lip gloss, and a good Designer bag. The summer weather requires it of you!
I send you love and glamour! Yes darlings with an ou because O – u are fabulous! (not to mention that’s the correct spelling)
