Mandy Moore Lands New Sitcom on ABC

Mandy Moore has landed a new gig! The former Grey’s Anatomy star has landed a leading role in Us and Them, a single-camera comedy that explores the conflict that exists between the families you grew up in and the ones we make as adults as told through the eyes of a newlywed couple.
As reported by The Hollywood Reporter, the show has been green lit for a pilot which will showcase Mandy’s small screen work.
As for her TV credentials? She appeared on four episodes of Grey’s Anatomy as well as episodes of Scrubs, Entourage and How I Met Your Mother. Currently she’s doing voice work in TRON: Uprising.

ABC gave the green light to commit to a pilot episode for the show which will be executive produced by Marty Adelstein and Becky Clements.

Jon Leshay will produce the show and it will give him the opportunity to re-team with Mandy; he was a music supervisor on Mandy’s films such as Saved, How to Deal and A Walk to Remember.
