Maria Menounos Opens Up About Sexual Abuse by Two Doctors

Maria Menounos has an intense "doctor phobia" and we can understand why.

The Extra host appeared on today's Howard Stern Show and told the shock jock that two white-coat wearing professionals tried to pull a sexual fast one on her.

The first time the abuse happened she was "very young" and getting checked out for a sore throat. According to Maria, the doctor asked her put on a hospital gown and then proceeded to touch her inappropriately.

"I was so uncomfortable,” she told Howard. “(My boyfriend) Kevin was in the waiting room and I literally started screaming... I didn't know what to do."

The second incident is admittedly more benign, but still unprofessional. While getting a pap smear, she says, a male gynecologist touched her belly button ring and complimented the jewelry. The experience horrified her so much, she now has her boyfriend sit in the exam room.
