Marion Cotillard is a new mom! The Oscar-winning French actress and her partner, director Guillaume Canet, welcomed a son yesterday in Paris.

Marion’s talent agency, Adequat, announced, via the Associated Press, today that the actress gave birth yesterday to her first child — a son, Marcel.

The couple met while filming Love Me If You Dare in 2003, and Marion announced her pregnancy in January.

Marion, 35, won a Best Actress Oscar in 2008 for her role as French singing legend Edith Piaf in La Vie en Rose.

Marion was nominated for a Golden Globe for her singing role in Nine in 2009. Last year, she co-starred with Leonardo DiCaprio in Inception.
