Mel Brown Gives Birth to Baby Girl!

It's a girl for Mel Brown! The former Spice Girl gave birth to a baby daughter last night. She checked into the hospital yesterday morning and early this morning she made the announcement on Twitter.

She tweeted, “Finally our baby arrives,Stephen nearly passed out,Phoenix screamed,I laughed so hard the baby popped out!!! She is just sooo amazing!!”

If she sounds pretty relaxed maybe that's because parenting daughters is nothing new to Mel B. Her 12 year-old daughter Phoenix is from a previous marriage to dancer Jimmy Gulzar, as noted by Radar Online. In addition, she has a 4 year-old daughter, Angel, with her ex-boyfriend Eddie Murphy.

This is Mel's first child together with hubby Stephen Belafonte. This is his second daughter; Giselle is a daughter from his first marriage. Looks like estrogen will be well represented in their household! Demonstrating her love for her man, she followed up with a tweet, "@Stephenthinks1 I didn't think it was possible but I love you even MORE now honey,we have a truly amazing family xxxx"
