Mel Gibson gets off the hook this time since Alexander Dalton, Oksana Grigorieva's 14 year-old son, will apparently not get a $100,000 payout from Mel as previous reports have indicated. Turns out Mel will not need to issue a chunk of change to prevent the teenage boy from suing Mel after he allegedly pushed the boy during a 2009 argument.

Mel's publicist told E! News, "The deal between Mel and Oksana is exactly what was set forth on the record, in open court, on August 31, 2011. No more, no less."

"Mel is paying exactly the sums set forth to Oksana and is paying no additional sums to Alexander Dalton or anyone else.  How Oksana chooses to have any sums due from Mel allocated is her business. However, there are absolutely no funds being paid to anyone to settle any alleged claims other than the releases set forth on the record on August 31."

So, what exactly does the settlement refer to? Well, that would be $750,000 paid by Mel to Oksana in three installments: $250,000 after the releases have been signed, $250,000 by September 2013 and a last installment by September 2016.

In addition, Oksana is allowed to live in Mel's Sherman Oaks, Calif. home for sixteen years. At that time their two year-old daughter Lucia will turn 18. After that point, the house will be sold and all proceeds will be put towards a trust for Lucia.
