Michael Jackson's brothers are refusing to theorize about their brother's untimely death in June, as they promote their new A&E reality show, The Jacksons: A Family Dynasty.

While Janet and LaToya Jackson have suggested that their brother's death was unnatural and Joe Jackson wants someone to pay, the Jackson boys are keeping quiet for now.

"It's premature to point fingers and say who did what," said Tito at an event for his show with his brothers Marlon, Jackie and Jermaine, reports E! Online.

He's changed his tune since July when he said, "Something has gone on and we need to get to the bottom of it."

Jackie also said that he didn't want to comment while the police are still investigating — which they're going to be doing for months to come.

Meanwhile, Jermaine told RadarOnline.com that their reality show (premiering on Dec. 13 at 9 p.m.) will set the record straight about the legendary family.

"We wanted to connect with the fans, cause there's been so much written that's not been true about this family for 40 years," he said last night.

"It was not scripted... we got upset at times, and at the end of the day, we wanted to show that we settle things as a family."

A show source tells the Web site that an upcoming episode will feature Michael's three children, Prince Michael, Paris and Blanket, attending a backyard barbecue with their extended family.

"They are going to be in that episode, it will probably air about halfway through the series," our insider told us. "They are there with their grandmother. We get to see them playing and watch how they interact with their family."

So, who is the breakout personality of the four siblings?

"Jermaine definitely causes a lot of headaches for his brothers,” the source says. “He is always missing in action — usually he is off doing his hair.

"He didn't make it to the Jimmy Kimmel show with them, and when they called to see where he was he blamed his no-show on pink eye! That caused a huge fight!"

How are they coping in the wake of their brother's death of an accidental overdose on June 25?

"It's a hurting thing, you know," says Tito. "I think about him constantly, and that I know his spirits are with us, and we pray for him and we miss him dearly."
