Michael Vick Cancels Appearance on Oprah Winfrey Show

Michael Vick has returned to playing in the NFL after serving his time for his involvement in a dog-fighting ring, but that doesn't mean he's ready to start talking to national media outlets about any of that. After originally being scheduled to talk to Oprah Winfrey on her show, new reports says Michael isn't going through with what would've been his first major TV interview since he got out of jail.

TMZ reports that the Philadelphia Eagles quarterback, who led his team to a 10-6 season in 2010-11 after two years of not playing, won't be sitting down with O.

There's been no reason given yet as to why he has decided against the chit chat, which he canceled last night.

"Michael Vick was scheduled to be a guest on The Oprah Winfrey show for an episode airing next Thursday, February 24. Mr. Vick's representative called last night to cancel his appearance for personal reasons, " said Don Halcombe, a spokesman for the talk show host's Harpo Productions (via USA Today).
