Stuart Lynn Dunn, the man previously arrested for stalking actress Mila Kunis, pled not guilty to charges on Friday. He was also denied a request to leave jail without posting bail, which is currently set at $150,000. Superior Court Judge Shelly Torrealba told Dunn his request was denied because the crimes he is accused of are classified as violent and serious.

Dunn, 27, was charged with stalking and violating a restraining order issue in February after he was arrested for breaking into an empty condo owned by the Black Swan star. Earlier this month, he was arrested outside Mila's gym in Beverly Hills; authorities say he had been hanging around there for three days trying to meet Mila.
