But don't let his age or his boyish good looks fool you. This fired up Latino real estate broker is just as ruthless as he counterparts and co-stars Ryan Serhant and Frederik Eklund.

We heard yesterday from Ryan on all the backstabbing we can expect on the hit Bravo show but out what inspires Luis and his Hollywood aspirations if this whole property thing doesn't work out!

OK!: Why did you want to be a part of the show?

Luis D. Ortiz: At first I did not want to be for reasons I don't even understand but as time went by, I realized that such an opportunity of showing the world the motivation behind the things I do would probably never come again. So I rolled the dice.

OK!: What can fans expect from the new season of Million Dollar Listing?

LDO: You can expect to see a fired up, passionate Latino that came from nothing and is willing to do whatever it takes to making the impossible possible in order to succeed and inspire the world.

OK!: You guys are ruthless, is there any dirty dealing going on between you?

LDO: Like I've said before this is just business, the industry in New York is very small and rivalry will come when we're all going after the same thing.

OK!: How did Hurricane Sandy, which is featured in this week's episode, affect business?

LDO: After Hurricane Sandy, most buyers were hesitant to invest in downtown Manhattan for fear of a similar or greater national catastrophe.

OK!: You've achieved so much at such a young age, how do you stay grounded?

LDO: At the end of everyday, I take my time to reassess and understand what I am going after and why I am going after it. That keeps me self-motivated at all times. I search for an epiphany at least once a day.

OK!: You have an obsession with your hair... Would you ever shave it all off for charity?

LDO: I am not obsessed with my hair, I just take pride in presenting myself well at all times. But I would give anything for a good cause.

OK!: If you weren't a realtor what else would you be doing?

LDO: I would be directing a featured film written by Martin Scorsese, Guillermo Arriaga, and Bo Goldman.

OK!: What's the most expensive home you've ever sold or bought for a client?

LDO: $7.8 Million.

OK!: Which celebrity would you like to be an agent for?

LDO: Any celebrity with good taste, interesting character, and loyalty.
