'New Girl' Star Zooey Deschanel Has Wardrobe Malfunction at 2012 Emmy Awards

The glitz, the glam, the wardrobe malfunctions?! So much for an A-list night, right?

Zooey Deschanel had more than her share of stress last night right before she walked onto the stage at the Emmy Awards! The New Girl star was just about to present the Emmy for Writing in a Comedy Series with Jim Parsons and low and behold, her bra was showing!

She told E! News she and her publicist "had to cut my bra off because it was showing. We just had to cut part of it. It was before I went on. It was after the red carpet."

In typical sweet Zooey fashion, she didn't freak out. Instead, she was pretty calm and cool during the process and remain light-hearted. "I don't even care really because it's all fun. This is just supposed to be for fun. If you're not having fun, what are you doing?"

Although she didn't Tweet about the malfunction, she managed to send a shout out regarding her nail art. She wrote, "Televisions on my thumbnails by @redcarpetman for the #emmys! https://instagr.am/p/P72FQ2Ljhp/"
