Nick Cannon on Mariah: "She's Very Nurturing"

This past weekend, Nick Cannon celebrated the kids at the US Open’s Arthur Ashe Kids Day. He told reporters at the all day event, “I love kids. I’m all about the kids. I am a big kid!”

On the topic of having his own kids one day, he said: “I would just want something healthy. Whatever gender, there’s positives and negatives to it I’ve heard. You’ve got to almost make sure that you ground them. I always think about that. You want to make sure; maybe I should make them go live with my grandmother.”

How is he dealing with the rumors that his wife Mariah Carey may be having his child soon? He told OK! “I don’t deal with them. They’ve been the same; people have been saying the same thing like for two and a half years.”

But when they do have kids, Mariah will be a great mom. “She’s very nurturing, you know, nurturing and private. She makes me breakfast and that’s my favorite food. It will be like 3:00 in the morning and she’ll still make me breakfast. She makes me Waffles. I’m a waffle guy. With like the iron, she’s talented.”
