'The Office' Stars Call It Quits After Nine Seasons

The folks at Dundler Mifflin are ready to hang up their paper supplies!

That is, as the cast including John Krasinski, Mindy Kaling, and Jenna Fischer gear up for the ninth season of The Office it turns out it'll be the last. Executive producer Greg Daniels told The Hollywood Reporter, "As we head into the homestretch, we have a lot of exciting things I've been wanting to do since season two. The end should be pretty cool."

Considering he hinted that "familiar faces will be coming back," we wonder if this means Steve Carell will head back to the NBC sitcom?

The executive producer added, "We'll see. We have ideas for the ending, and obviously if he would participate, we would have a lot of good times. The idea will fly without him if he can't make it. He is pretty busy."
