Rapper Flo Rida has got a serious case of baby mama drama—but the record is being set straight.

Nearly two years ago, Flo took a paternity test to prove he wasn't the father of a newborn baby. In 2013, the story is still haunting him. TMZ is reporting that the Florida Department of Revenue has filed documents in relation to the mother's request for child support.

Flo Rida's legal team confirmed the following statement with OKMagazine.com: "Flo Rida is absolutely not the father of the child and does not expect to hear anything else on the subject. Flo Rida will use all legal at his disposal to defend these false allegations."
