Just four months after giving birth to her son, Mason, Kourtney Kardashian has dropped the 40 pounds she gained during her pregnancy. “She weighs less than I do,” her sister Kim Kardashian, 29, told OK! at the launch of their jewelry line for Virgins, Saints and Angels recently.
“She looks amazing!”
So, how’d Kourtney do it?
“Breastfeeding and QuickTrim Fast Shakes were my secret weapons,” Kourtney, 31, tells OK!.
But it wasn’t easy. Though the Kardashian sisters support each other, Kim and Khloe Kardashian Odom couldn’t help teasing Kourtney when she started her diet.
“They’d sometimes joke and eat cupcakes or fries in front of her,” says a family friend, “but it was all in good fun.”
Today, Kourtney is having the last laugh.
“I think her body is better than before she got pregnant,” Khloe, 25, tells OK!. “I like curvier women and I think she has a better butt than before.”
Kourtney says the best way to be active is walking Mason in his stroller.
“I see why new moms go on walks now,” the new mom says. “It’s fun and it’s the easiest way to get a workout, even while he’s napping.”
