After they had to cook the best four-course meals of their lives, they took over the kitchen and rolled up their sleeves.
Considering they made it that far into the competition, Hugh Acheson said (as pointed out by E! News) the judges were "splitting hairs" at that point, since Paul and Sarah were at the top of their game.

Splitting hairs indeed, but Paul came out on top! He rocked a clam dashi broth and coconut ice cream with Thai chili foam. The 31-year-old Austin native raked in $125,000 and bragging rights.
