Photographer Hit by Lindsay Lohan's Car Wants to Sue

After a photographer was hit by Lindsay Lohan’s car this morning on her way out of the Café Hotel in Hollywood, the slightly injured party is ready to sue according to new reports.

“Of course I'm going to sue them ... but I don't care about the money,” the photographer involved in the mishap told TMZ.

And while he may not care about the monetary settlement, the photog is just, “lucky to be alive,” TMZ reports.

As the person behind the wheel of Lindsay’s car is now under investigation for assault with a deadly weapon, the fact that the driver was wearing sunglasses at night may not be beneficial in a lawsuit according to TMZ.

For now, all the photographer had left to say to TMZ is, “I want to press charges so badly...she's going to jail.”
