Mila Kunis has lots of opinions and isn't afraid to share them, particularly as it pertains to what Ashton Kutcher will not be allowed to do in the delivery room while she's in labor with their first child.

The actress, who covers Marie Claire's July issue (on sale June 24), says her actor fiance better keep his eyes up top.

“Two people are allowed in my delivery room," she tells the magazine. "My doctor and my significant other. And he is staying above the action. He’ll be head to head. Not head to vag. Unless he wants to risk his life and see. But I wouldn’t if I were him. I highly doubt he wants to see that being ripped apart and shredded. Because it will be shredded. It’s just a matter of how badly.”

But it's not all tough talk from Mila. The mama-to-be shares the moment she realized she wanted more from Ashton than just friendship.

Mila credits her current happiness to a changed state of mind—a place of yes.
