Klout, a web analytic company, determined the "most influential people" in 2010 based on their Twitter accounts.

President Obama came in first and Justin second.

Third on the list was Sarah Palin, followed by Glenn Beck and former President George W. Bush.

Klout also determined the most influential topics, companies and TV shows, and many more categories.

While Justin didn't make it as No. 1 for "most influential" people, he did come in first for "most influential music." Lady Gaga was second and Michael Jackson third.

But President Obama evened the score by coming in first as "most influential" politician.

"These lists reflect the influential topics, but not sentiment," Klout states. "For some brands, such as BP and Toyota, becoming an influential topic reflects the controversy they encountered this year."
