Kenya Moore may have crossed the 40 threshold but her body is in as amazing shape as it was 20 years ago – maybe even better!
"I take fitness seriously and have my entire life," Kenya told us.
"My top 3 tips are to make weekly goals, mix cardio and weight training 5-6 times a week and eat 6 small meals per day that fit on a small plate."
Kenya recently showed off her bikini body during a photoshoot in Barbados and she looked amazing!
