'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Star Adrienne Maloof Announces Split From Husband

Say it isn't so! Despite frequently bickering on air, Adrienne Maloof and hubby Dr. Paul Nassif seemed like an adorable reality TV couple. Well, now the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is opening up about why they're officially splitting up.

She told RadarOnline, "I'm so sorry that this is happening but my children are my life and sometimes we need to do what's best for them."

The site previously reported the couple was "on the rocks" with matrimonial problems. Well, considering they have three young sons, apparently this is the main reason why Adrienne wants to split.

She added, "It's an unfortuante situation but I have to have my kids best interest at heart."

In addition, an insider pointed out the businesswoman was "dragged through the dirt" during filming the upcoming season. "Paul and Adrienne have always fought, it's how they were as a couple. However, at this point, they realize that they are just want very different things, and neither one of them is happy in the marriage."

So, we'll have to see how it all plays out on cameras this season. According to RadarOnline, she didn't travel to Paris with the other housewives due to all of the drama. A source added, "Adrienne Maloof decided not to go because the other girls keep ganging up on her, and it just got to the point of being utterly ridiculous."
