The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has to move out of her mansion because it's not actually hers -- and the owners are trying to sell the digs.

One site reported the reality star has been renting the 4,800-square-foot home since 2008. If the owners get their asking price, they'll bring in about $3.7 million!

The owners bought the house in 2006 for $1.65 million and stand to make a tidy profit, and they said Taylor's been a great tenant.

Single mom Taylor explained, "It's been a fabulous home for my family, and I'm looking forward to something new and stunning for my daughter and me."

Although it's unclear as to where Taylor and Kennedy will move, until the owners sell, they're going to stay put.
