Heather Thomson tells OKMagazine.com that she expects the next few months to be filled with “amazing things filming the show,” adding, “the Real Housewives are gonna be rockin’ the city this summer!”

But what she’s doesn’t mention is that there’s major drama raging behind the scenes between Bravo TV executives and the Real Housewives of New York cast—and it could spell doom for the popular show.

LuAnn de Lesseps, Sonja Morgan, Ramona Singer, Aviva Drescher, Carole Radziwill and Heather have all refused to sign new contracts until Bravo pays them more money. “What’s currently on the table is unacceptable,” a source close to the stars tells the Hollywood Reporter.

Now the show’s producers are threatening to pull the plug on RHONY. Filming of the sixth season was set to begin on May 8, but none of the cast has made themselves available because of the salary issue.

As OkMagazine.com reported, the Housewives already rake in the dough for turning their private lives public. Top of the pile are Ramona and Countess LuAnn, who have both been on the show since season one. They each earn a healthy $500,000 per season, plus bonuses.

Sonja pulls in $220,000, Aviva $200,000 and Heather rounds out the bottom at $175,000.
