• Just a little over a month away from his sentencing after pleading guilty to nine counts of mail, wire, bank and bankruptcy fraud, Joe Giudice was spotted drowning his sorrows at New York hotspot Catch over the weekend, reports Radar. The site’s source says, “He was clearly bombed. His face was red and though he was wearing a suit, he looked disheveled.” Oh, and did we mention Teresa was nowhere in sight?

• Despite rumors she wasn’t interested in coming back to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Radar confirms Brandi Glanville will be back on the show for season five. Salary negotiations are still underway but the site’s tipster says, “There were rumors that she didn’t want to do it anymore or that certain cast members were vying to get her off the show but she really loves doing it and will return.”

• And here we thought Vicki Gunvalson is being played by controversial boyfriend Brooks Ayers but maybe it’s the other way around? In yet another Housewives report, Radar says The “OC OG” is dating multiple men (at least two, one being Brooks) and not planning on settling down with just one guy, at least for the moment. “Vicki is out having a good time,” an anonymous friend tells them. “She’s dating a couple of guys, at least two, and she’s not going to sa no to any good men right now.” But still, couldn’t she just drop Brooks? Pretty please?
