If you like Glee, Walk the Line and Dreamgirls, then we're pretty sure you're going to love this! Glee co-creator Ryan Murphy is working on a new film titled One Hit Wonders, which is set to star Reese Witherspoon, Gwyneth Paltrow, Cameron Diaz and Beyoncé!
Deadline.com is reporting that Ryan — with the help of his Glee co-writers Brad Falchuk and Ian Brennan — is writing the script for the movie musical, which he will direct and produce alongside Gwyneth, who will be making her producing debut.
The project, in collaboration with Sony Pictures, came out of a dinner that Ryan shared at the Soho House in L.A. in December with Reese, Gwyneth and Cameron, who wanted to do something fun together.
The ladies will play three singers who each scored a top hit song in the 1990s before watching their careers go down the drain. So in a last-ditch attempt to come back, they decide to form a super group!
Gwyn's BFF Beyoncé will also have a role in the film, as well as Saturday Night Live's Andy Samberg.
