NEWSRep Says There's No Validity to David Boreanaz Lawsuit

Amidst accusations from an extra who worked on Bones who is suing David Boreanaz, saying he sexually harassed her and was inappropriate on the set and off, the actor's rep has issued a statement to OK! calling the claims "absurd."
"The allegations concerning any alleged inappropriate conduct by David Boreanaz are totally fabricated and absurd," David's rep tells OK!. "There is no validity to this lawsuit."

Gloria Allred filed the suit that claims David began sexually harassing Kristina Hagan on Aug. 21, 2009 when she was an extra on Bones.
The suit claims David was allegedly sending Kristina “sexually inappropriate text messages” and in September 2009 told her he was “the boss” and could “make things happen for her” while driving in a car with her.
He then allegedly parked his car and “attempted to kiss her and touch her breasts but she pushed him away.”

The suit makes other claims to instances that occurred in David’s trailer and in October David told Hagan “he and his wife had argued because there were reports of his infidelity” coming out and that they would have to “cool it.”
Hagan is also suing Fox and the Bones production companies for failing to take the proper action against David.
