According to E! News, Rob and Kristen made a surprise appearance Monday night at the AMC theater screening of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse in Century City, L.A.

Kristen, styling a comfy black top and her new strawberry blonde 'do, grabbed the mic to "thank the fans for making it such a great weekend."

The shy star then handed it to Rob, wearing a white tee and leather jacket, who said, "I hope you like the movie, because otherwise, this would be really embarrassing. Yeah, thanks for making it...such a special opening weekend for us."

But the weekend got even more special for the pair as they didn't end their night there!

After their appearance, Rob and Kristen headed to SoHo House in West Hollywood for dinner and drinks, E! News reports.

A source inside confirmed to E! News the stars arrived together through a private underground entrance.

According to the source, the couple seemed "very happy" together and were smiling and enjoying the penthouse view of L.A. before they left together.

Rob recently told Today that he'd like to go on a date and it seems like Kristen was listening!
