Robin Williams' wife has confirmed that the late actor was in the early stages of Parksinson's disease and was still sober at the time of his tragic death. The beloved comedian, who was found dead in his California home on Monday, had been struggling with depression and mental health issues.

"Robin's sobriety was intact and he was brave as he struggled with his own battles of depression, anxiety as well as early stages of Parkinson's disease, which he was not yet ready to share publicly," said his wife Susan Schneider in a statement.
