Russell Brand's in a bit of hot water!
According to one site, the British comic drove into a pedestrian back in January in L.A. As per documents filed in the L.A. County Superior Court, he was driving "negligently" when he collided into the plaintiff, Victor Sneed.

Victor was the pedestrian and suffered personal injury along with property damage. Plus, he had some hospital bills as a direct result of the car accident.

The lawsuit itself doesn't list specific injuries but does mention he lost income after the accident. As for the amount he's seeking? He's suing Katy Perry's ex-husband for more than $25,000.
