At last night's New York City Ballet's Spring Gala, Sarah Jessica Parker (accompanied by husband Matthew Broderick) exclaimed to OK!, "She's amazing!" Who was the lucky lady Ms. Parker was talking about?

The American Idol mentor performed Monday night at the Robin Hood Foundation's gala, where Sarah Jessica was in attendance.
"Oh, she’s amazing! I saw her one other time. She’s amazing, amazing. Especially in person," Sarah Jessica told OK!, adding that they didn't get a chance to talk. "I wasn’t anywhere near her. I was 10,000 feet away. Javitts center is very big."

And what about the big hair look that she debuted that night?
She told reporters, "Well, I was wearing a Halston dress I really like, that reminded me of a different time. We sort of did hair that we thought was appropriate for that particular time, that kind of lifestyle."

She didn't hear any of the hoopla around it afterwards, "I don’t read anything. This is the first I’ve heard about it."
