After a stint in the hospital for nausea and dizziness, Selena Gomez has recovered and is preparing for her Santa Monica performance today. The 18-year-old Tweeted a health update, and thanked her fans for support. Her boyfriend Justin Bieber must be relieved, as he canceled an appearance in Vancouver when he got word that his leading lady was sick!

For all of those who thought Justin was not showing enough support for Selena, think again!

E!'s Chief News Correspondent Ken Baker Tweeted Sunday, "News: @justinbieber canceld NHL game in Vancouver Fri aftr Selena got sick. How u act when ppl are ill shows true character."

And now The Biebs can rest easy as Selena seems to have made a complete recovery.

"Feeling much better, thank you all for being so understanding. Can't wait to see you all today at Santa Monica Place for the Monte Carlo kick off," Selena shared on her Facebook page.

Selena is slated to perform her hit "Who Says" with The Scene at 4 p.m. today in Santa Monica.

She reportedly suffered from a nasty combination of exhaustion and food poisoning.
