Noelle Pikus-Pace, a skeleton athlete and mother of two, could wholeheartedly voice the vitality of this unit in her life—and in fact, she did! She knows she didn't get to where she is (which is competing against the best athletes in the world!) by herself.

The gorgeous 31-year-old star recently chatted with Fit Pregnancy about how motherhood has changed her life (and Olympic career!) and even shared her top 3 motivational tips!

Let other people know that you have a passion, because they may help you to achieve it.
