Despite recent reports, Nick Loeb says he and his girlfriend Sofia Vergara aren't engaged.

New reports came out on Wednesday that Nick had popped the question to the Sofia on Emmy night.
But Access Hollywood caught up with Nick on Wednesday and he cleared up the rumors saying that although he's in love with the Modern Family beauty, he hasn't proposed yet.

But on a positive note, Nick has been reunited with Sofia after having been hospitalized for three weeks after breaking his pelvis in a car accident.
Nick was released from the hospital Wednesday, but says he still has a long recovery ahead of him.
“I’m in a lot of pain still and still stuck in bed. I won’t walk for several months,” Nick explained. “Sofia has been great taking care of me — I’ve been very lucky on that front.”
