Stephen Baldwin Says His Brother Alec is Great

Stephen Baldwin talked to Extra about his older brother Alec Baldwin's trip to the hospital on Thursday and said, "He's great."

At a benefit for the Carol M. Baldwin Breast Cancer Research Fund in West Hollywood, Stephen told Extra that Alec's hospital visit was a "miscommunication."

"Everything's fine... there was nothing weird, nothing stupid," he said.

Alec was taken to a hospital in NYC early Thursday morning after his daughter called 911, but was released shortly after.

Now, Alec is getting ready to co-host the Oscars.

"I was talking to him the other night, he said, 'You know, Steve Martin and I have been talking about some of the dialogue,'" Stephen said.

Alec and Steve will be co-hosting the Oscars together on March 7.
