The hit FOX show So You Think You Can Dance is shaking things up for its seventh season! "All-Stars" from previous seasons of the show will partner with the fresh crop of dancers for the upcoming season! Producer and head judge of the show, Nigel Lythgoe, told reporters the new dancers "are changing partners every week, so every week their style will change as well."

"It will make the show more exciting," Nigel explained to reporters in a press conference.

"I don't believe in things going stale," Nigel added.

Nigel did not reveal yet who the all-stars will be, but explained the process of choosing them.

"They had to be dominant in their genre of dance," he clarified.

Nigel will be Tweeting the names of the all stars in the next couple of weeks.

Nigel said Mary Murphy and Mia Michaels will return for the seventh season and both will choreograph some weeks, and judge in others.

Nigel admitted he "tried for a full season" to get Paula Abdul as a SYTYCD judge, but it "didn't happen."
