Taylor Lautner talked about our two favorite subjects with Canada's Entertainment Tonight: the Twilight love triangle and his amazing body! Taylor wants you to be prepared for the love triangle in New Moon.
"Get ready for a lot of heartbreak," he warned. "When I was reading the books, I felt very bad for Jacob's character. But now, I actually lived his character, I feel so much worse."
Taylor can't be feeling that bad after filming New Moon because it did leave him with a very nice consolation prize — killer abs!
He explained, "At one point I got to eat everything for like a month because when I started out I was so like, so skinny and my fat percentage was like 6 percent. So I had to put some more fat on to be able to convert it to muscle."
