American Music Awards' "Artist of the Year," Taylor Swift, sat down with Lesley Stahl for a special 60 Minutes interview that aired over the weekend. The country music cutie chatted about how she takes being a role model to young girls seriously.
While some other artists her age may not like having the pressure of leading young female fans by example, Taylor doesn't seem to mind.
“I definitely think about a million people when I’m getting dressed in the morning; that’s just part of my life now,” she told 60 Minutes in a special excerpt clip from Nov. 20.” I think it’s my responsibility to know it, to be cautious of it.”
And she's cautious not only of how she dresses, but how she behaves. She may turning 22 soon, but Taylor says drinking is not her thing.
"I don't really like drinking. I'm not like, 'Man, that's my favorite thing to do,'" Taylor explains. "And I don't drink to get drunk, because that's just not cute."
As for whether she smokes pot, Taylor said, "I don't want to smoke anything, 'cause I sing."
Seems like a very smart reason not to!
