Taylor Swift & Jake Gyllenhaal Reconnect at Oscars After-Party?

While her good friend Selena Gomez was busy posing for cameras with Justin Bieber at the Vanity Fair After Party last night, Taylor Swift was reportedly reconnecting with her old fling Jake Gyllenhaal... by the women's restroom!

According to The Washington Post, Vanity Fair's part at West Hollywood's Sunset Tower Hotel was filled celebs who were in the mood to mingle.

And while Taylor reportedly spent most of the night chatting with her good friend Emma Stone, she later met up to speak with Jake.

The Washington Post reports the former couple spoke in "hushed tones" by the women's bathroom.
