NEWS'Teen Mom 2' Star Jenelle Evans is Hospitalized

It's never a dull moment for Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans and life has thrown the reality star yet another unfortunate curveball.

"Please send prayers my way. :( in the hospital once again all alone with no support for a ruptured cysts that bursted inside me," she Tweeted this morning.
The North Carolina native is currently on a trip to New York and New Jersey to visit boyfriend Kieffer Delp's family. While it was rumored she was evicted from her North Carolina home, this appears to be inaccurate as she told Starcasm she and Kiefer plan to move to the Garden State.
Jenelle and Kiefer have a tumultuous relationship and often share their ups and downs with Twitter. Earlier this summer she was alone in the hospital once again and lashed out at Keifer for not being more supportive, but alas, the two were blissful once again in a matter of hours.

If they do in fact move to New Jersey, those close to Jenelle worry her relocating will affect her custody with son Jace.
“This is going to make getting custody of her son Jace much harder,” the source told RadarOnline.com. “North Carolina law is not going to give custody to Jenelle if she isn’t living in the state... she just always seems to have one set-back after another."
