'Teen Mom' Leah Messer's Divorce Details Confirmed

OK! told you the sad new first: Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer and Corey Simms, the father of her twin girls, are getting a divorce, after six months of marriage. Now, new details on the official filing have emerged.

As OK! reported last week, Leah and Corey picked up papers at Clay County Circuit Court on Wednesday morning, April 13.

Now, a Kanawha County clerk confirms to OK! that Leah is the one who filed for divorce in Kanawha County at The Kanawha County Family Court on April 14.

According to the clerk, Leah specified "divorce with children" and a hearing date has not been set yet.

The judge for Leah's case is Mark Snyder and her attorney is Lyne Ranson.

The couple married on Oct. 17 in Charleston, West Va., and their ceremony was filmed for the Teen Mom 2 finale. They are parents to 16-month-old twin girls — Aleeah and Aliannah.
