Reality TV brought them fame, but for these MTV stars real life is riddled with problems. In this week's issue of OK!, catch up with all the latest news on the cast of Teen Mom, from Amber Portwood's rehab troubles to Leah Messer's relationship problems.
Amber Portwood is struggling in rehab at Seasons Recovery Center in Malibu, Calif. “She’s trying to get a handle on her depression,” a source tells OK!. “But rehab isn’t turning out the way she’d hoped. She can’t relax with Teen Mom filming and cameras in her face.” Another insider reveals, “She’s sleeping almost constantly. She’s slurring her words and wobbly.”

Sources say that while Amber resents that ex Gary Shirley has custody of their 2-year-old, Leah, she and Gary can finally hold civil conversations now. “Gary still entices her to anger,” the insider tells OK!. “She’ll keep taking calming pills to deal with him without hitting him. Unless Gary changes, Amber won’t.”
Maci Bookout and Ryan Edwards are like reality TV’s version of Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee,” an insider suggests to OK!. “They are always at each other’s throats, mainly about the custody of their son, Bentley. At least they both love their kid.”

Still, the source says, “they use Bentley to hurt each other — if Maci wants to take him shopping, Ryan will say no just to get back at her. Bentley is a sensitive little boy and really affected by the turmoil.” For Maci, a saving grace is that after a brief split, she’s back together with Kyle King. “He’s a great sounding board when she fights with Ryan,” the insider notes.
As OK! has reported, Jenelle Evans’ ex-pal Sarah Walker claims the Teen Mom 2 star has harassed her relentlessly since Sarah called the cops on Jenelle’s boyfriend, Kieffer Delp, for allegedly threatening her husband. First came the nasty texts. “She wrote things like ‘You dumb b****, you’ve got rotten teeth, my kid is cuter than yours,’ ” Sarah tells OK!.

And, according to Sarah, Jenelle filed a false complaint accusing her of child neglect. Then there was the high- speed car chase: Leaving a store, Sarah noticed a PT Cruiser tailing her — it was Jenelle. “She laid on the horn and yelled, ‘You stupid b****. Scared?’ She thrives on drama and has to have hate for somebody.”
