It's almost 2010 so it's time to start analyzing what went down in 2009. AOL has put together a Top 10 list of the most earched celebrities, movies and TV shows for 2009. Was Robert Pattinson or Michael Jackson searched for more?

Although it will be getting a face-lift in 2010, American Idol was the most searched TV show of 2009. Wonder if Ellen DeGeneres can make that happen again in 2010!

The Twilight craze took over 2009 for the most searched movies making Twilight number one in movies. Not too surprising with how New Moon is doing in the box office now!

Twilight may be the number one movie searched in 2009, but its leading man didn't quite make it to the top spot. MJ beat out R-Pattz as the most searched celebrity for 2009. Don't feel too bad Rob, he is the king after all! At least Jon and Kate Gosselin weren't even close!
