'Train' Song to Blame for Charlie Sheen Case?

Who's really to blame for the Charlie Sheen Christmas Day incident with his wife Brooke Mueller? According to new legal documents, a song by the band Train!

TMZ reports that the full police reports from the Christmas Day incident has been released by the Aspen Police Department.

In the report, the arresting officer states, "Sheen ... explained that he and the daughter share an affinity for both astronomy and the song 'Drops of Jupiter' from the band Train. Sheen added that he bought two tracking telescopes; one for his daughter and one for him so they could both look at the same point in the universe at the same time, as a way of staying connected."

Charlie, according to the report, explained that "Mueller was jealous of this relationship with his daughter. He stated that Mueller said, 'you have a song you share with your daughter, but not one with me?' "

He then said that he and Brooke started to "slap" at "each others hands or wrists."
