On Monday, Twilight's La Push leader Chaske Spencer took time at the Buoniconti Great Sports Legends Dinner to talk about his newly-single packmember and The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn — Part 1 co-star Taylor Lautner. So, according to Chaske, what does a girl need for Taylor to imprint on them?

"I picture him with a very athletic woman. Very earthy," the actor told OK!.

Taylor broke up with Abduction co-star Lily Collins a few weeks ago after a brief on-set romance. The actor is now back to being a lone wolf and we're sure there's a quite a crew of girls lined up to take their shot at the ab-tastic action star.

"I think any woman would be very lucky to have Taylor," Chaske noted. "He's a good guy."

Taylor was only 15 when shooting began on the first Twilight film, meaning that the young actor has gone through some of the most impressionable years of his life on the cover of nearly every magazine, with paparazzi following his every move. Though, according to Chaske, Taylor hasn't fallen victim to the pitfalls and temptations of celebrity.

"He hasn't changed at all," Chaske told OK!. "I would say he's matured a lot, but overall he hasn't changed that much."

Chaske also mentioned that Taylor has "always been very levelheaded" and has managed to remain so throughout his fame.

"He's still a good kid. Kid — he's a man!" Chaske laughed, correcting himself. "I gotta stop calling him that."

Perfect muscles, mature and humble? Could Taylor get any dreamier?!

Fans of Taylor can catch him in Abudction, in theaters now, before The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn — Part 1 is released on Nov. 18.
