U.S. Gymnast Gabby Douglas Guest Stars on CW's 'The Vampire Diaries' and Goofs Around With Cast

Gold medal U.S. gymnast Gabby Douglas was in Atlanta recently shooting her upcoming appearance in The Vampire Diaries and from the looks of things, she's having a great time with the cast.

Ian Somerhalder snapped a pic with the Olympian showing the two having fun on set and Tweeted the photo out with the caption, "Eating @gabrielledoug 's Gold medal!yummmmmmm..."

While we know Gabby won't be playing herself, it's unclear what her role will be. EW reports her cameo will be in the seventh episode of the 4th season which will air November 29.

The 16-year-old is a huge fan of the show, but the actors of the hit drama seemed to be just as starstruck by her.
