Oscar nominee Jonah Hill took the stage to host Saturday Night Live last night, starting the show with a comedic monologue about the Artist’s win over Moneyball, which he starred in alongside Brad Pitt, at the 2012 Academy Awards.
“A lot of folks say, ‘Hey, its been a great year for me,’ but hey, its been a great year for me!” the 28-year-old began his opener, “I was in a film I am extremely proud of called Moneyball and yes, even though the Artist won best picture, I still think Moneyball was this year’s best ‘talkies’ movie!”
The Cyrus actor joked about his flick’s loss to a silent film at the Oscars, “C’est la vie, as Jean Du Jardin doesn’t say!”
