Between the bickering between Scheana and the other ladies, the Jax and Stassi saga and Kristen's refusal to back down to boss Lisa Vanderpump, the Bravo reality show's sophomore season is more heated than the first (and we so didn't think that was possible). So why does Kristen butt heads so often with Lisa?

"You try really, really hard to keep your mouth shut and leave the drama at the door because Lisa will kick your ass if you don’t," she says. "You’ll see a lot of that, actually. You’ll see a lot of that on season two where, specifically me, I don’t keep my mouth shut at work and I don’t leave my drama at the door and I do kind of get my ass kicked by Lisa."

Tom. who says the constant arguing between the SUR staff is exhausting, explains, "Kristen has a hard time sometimes choosing her battles. She’s bad at picking her battles."

As for what lies ahead this season, Kristen says, "Lies—a lot of lying. And then the truth coming out. That’s the biggest part. A lot of secrets coming out."
